Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that the overall real estate market continues to grow due to sustained demand for housing in both Bangkok and the regions, resulting in satisfactory sales performance with sales of 17.76 billion baht, a growth of 33% compared to the same period in 2017. This success is attributed to positive customer responses across all project locations, including both condominium and horizontal projects, with sales proportions of 48% for condominiums and 52% for horizontal projects, accounting for 54% of the sales target set at 33 billion baht. Additionally, the company achieved total revenue of 11.158 billion baht, growing by 13%, primarily from the gradual delivery of condominiums in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and provinces. Revenue from real estate can be divided into 56% from horizontal projects and 44% from condominium projects.

The board of directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend for the first half of the year to shareholders at a rate of 0.40 baht per share, totaling approximately 838 million baht, with the ex-dividend date (XD) set for August 28, 2018, and the dividend payment date on September 11, 2018.

This has created a new phenomenon for horizontal projects, and currently, sales have surged over 700 million baht. In October, the company plans to reinforce the ESSENCE brand by launching a new project in the Suan Luang area, which is the second project and is expected to receive positive customer feedback as well.

Meanwhile, the condominium project has developed a new room type in the first project “Supalai Veranda Sukhumvit 117” with a design of 1 Bedroom Plus+, featuring a multifunctional space that serves as an office, living room, and dressing room to accommodate the lifestyle of residents. This has received positive responses from customers since the first day of booking, and interest continues to grow, with over 60% of sales already achieved, as it meets the diverse needs of customers in terms of living space, location on Sukhumvit Road, just 200 meters from the Pu Chao Saming Phrai BTS station, and close to the outer ring expressway, as well as shopping areas, making it a valuable investment or residence with comprehensive amenities including co-living and co-working spaces, among others.
